3. Prevent leaks. Water leakage in the cooling system occurs in the shaft sleeve of the water pump. At this time, the water seal pressing nut is properly tightened. If invalid, indicates that the filler has failed, should be replaced in time. The filler can be wound with asbestos rope coated with graphite powder.

4. The fan belt is too loose, easy to slip, so that the fan and water pump speed down, wind is insufficient; If the fan belt is too tight, the bearing load is too large, which aggravates wear and increases power consumption. The general requirements are: when the thumb is pressed in the middle of the belt, the sagging amount of the belt is within the range of 10 mm - 15 mm. Too loose or too tight, should be adjusted in time.

5. Use the thermostat correctly. There are automatic temperature control devices (such as thermostat) and manual (such as insulation curtains and blinds). Some drivers think that summer is hot, the lower the water temperature, the better, often thermostat removed. In this way, when the cold car starts, it will greatly extend the preheating time of the engine and accelerate the wear of parts. Therefore, the thermostat should not be removed in the summer. Insulation curtains and shutters are used to regulate the amount of air passing through the radiator. 6. Use the right oils. Summer temperature is high, can use higher freezing point of diesel, and to ensure the accuracy of oil supply advance Angle. In addition to diesel oil, lubricating oil and grease should also be selected according to the provisions of the summer brand. 7. Pay attention to battery maintenance. In summer, the water in the battery electrolyte is easy to evaporate, special attention should be paid to the battery liquid level check. The normal liquid level should be 10 mm - 15 mm higher than the plate. The electrolyte density of the battery should be reduced according to regulations. The ventilation hole on the liquid mouth cover should be dredged more. Storage batteries that are not used for the time being should be stored in a cool and ventilated place.

8. The higher the temperature, the faster the evaporation, the easier it is to form gas resistance in the oil circuit. Therefore, the fuel filter should be cleaned in time in summer to keep the oil circuit smooth; When driving, a wet cloth can be covered on the fuel pump, and water will be sprayed regularly to keep wet and reduce the generation of air resistance. Once the fuel system produces gas resistance, it should stop immediately to cool down, and fill the oil circuit with fuel oil pump.

9. Anti-engine deflagration engine due to overheating deflagration, will make the upper cylinder wear increase by 3 times - 5 times. Therefore, to completely remove the combustion chamber, valve and other places of carbon; Check and adjust the oil supply amount and time to prevent deflagration.
